I have been training with Marcy for almost 30 years, wow that is really a long time!  We have done it all-step aerobics, kick boxing, weights, machines, Zumba, Pilates, hiking and more.  The one thing I like about training with Marcy is that she does not stand in the front of the studio or hover over you, she is right there working out with me.  If I'm sore the next day she is too!  Marcy is continually upping her trainer status with educational courses and new methods, she uses Z-Heath drills and techniques to assist her clients to recover from injuries and Pilates to help clients strengthen their core which in turn helps them exercise better and feel better.  Thank you Marcy, for challenging me and helping me feel healthy and strong.
