I started going to Marcy over 6 years ago when I moved to Carmel. Marcy is a great trainer and always motivates me to continue. She is always positive and very knowledgeable. She constantly continues her education and tries to learn as much as she can to keep up with the latest trends to help her clients. I have had many trainers over the years, and most did not what modifications to use if your body wasn't 100%. Marcy is very knowledgeable on human anatomy and can easily modify or work any part of your body that is not up to par. She takes pride in herself and her business make it the best it can be.

I have been a client of Marcy at her Pilates studio in Carmel for many years. She is an excellent teacher, always encouraging & fun. I have had quite a few instructors and Marcy is the best. I have been training with Marcy for almost 30 years, wow that is really a long time! We have done it all-step aerobics, kick boxing, weights, machines, Zumba, Pilates, hiking and more. The one thing I like about training with Marcy is that she does not stand in the front of the studio or hover over you, she is right there working out with me. If I'm sore the next day she is too! Marcy is continually upping her trainer status with educational courses and new methods, she uses Z-Heath drills and techniques to assist her clients to recover from injuries and Pilates to help clients strengthen their core which in turn helps them exercise better and feel better.
