At Carmel Pilates & Personal Training we take pride in providing our client’s with high quality training sessions, personalized to their unique needs. We are always available to discuss areas of concern, work past personal blocks and fears, and take you to the next level of your fitness journey.


One on One:

Private consultation with a personalized program customized to your needs, experience and goals. We specialize in helping people that have pain or movement issu
es using Z-Health to get you back to doing what you love to do safely. Our programs consist of Z-Health, Stott Pilates, and weight and cardiovascular training.
Advanced Stott Pilates on the "Cadillac".
Small Group Stott Pilates:
Small group Stott Pilates sessions using the Reformer, Cadillac (trapeze table), Chair, and Barrels. Sessions are never larger than four clients ensuring personalized attention and safety. If you aren’t experienced in Pilates you may require a one-on-one session before joining a class, so that your trainer can teach you the basics and be available to assist you with your form.

Small Group Cardio:
We offer evening and Saturday morning small group cardio/resistance/balance training sessions. Format includes kickboxing aerobics, step aerobics, and cardio machines.  All sessions are never larger than 5 clients, allowing a semi-private environment.
