Essential levels Small Group Session on the Stott V2Max reformers focusing on reformer work.  60 min

  • Monday 5:35pm Kick/boxing and weights

Shadow kickboxing workout to fun music, simple and easy to follow letting you put your all into getting your heart rate up.  Finish off workout using weights, resistance bands and mat Pilates.  75 min

  • Tuesday 7:00am Stott Pilates Intermediate level

Intermediate levels, small group Stott pilates on the Stott V2Max reformers focusing on reformer.  60 min

  • Tuesday 5:35pm Step Aerobics and Stott Pilates arc barrel

Step aerobics was all the rage in the 90’s!  I say bring it back!  Easily broken down choreography keeps your mind moving fast, making it a fun workout!  Finishing the workout with Stott Pilates arc barrels.  75 min

  • Wednesday 12:00pm Stott Pilates Essential level Jumpboard and Cadillac 

Essential levels Small Group Session on the Stott V2Max reformers doing jumpboard intervals on the reformer with cadillac (trapeze table) work. 60 min

  •  Wednesday 5:35pm HIIT (High, Intensity, Interval, Training)
 High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). We work on cardio machines like rowing, stairstepper, eliptical, recumbent bicycle, and spinning cycles. Intervals of sprints and resting movement, with weights and bands in circuits. All levels welcomed.  75 min
